When selling your home, the homeowner will need a FWHA Resale Certificate.  To help your Closing go smoother click on the E-Forms tab and download the FWHA Resale Certificate Form.  Your Realtor should be able to assist with all the necessary information.  Mail the completed form to Booksmart.
